Scottish freelance illustrator Keith Pirie can often be found toiling creatively at one end of his home studio/kitchen, out walking Lola along the Forth and Clyde canal or alongside his two braw boys, spotting swifts, bullfinches and toads in Dawsholm Park.
Keith graduated from Glasgow School of Art in 1991. Childhood heroes include Quentin Blake, Edward Ardizzone, Patrick Moore, Tony Hart, Sherlock Holmes, Tony Hancock, David Bowie, Beatrix Potter, Tom Baker et al. The list is bottomless. Keith insists that all of these influences, along with lashings of original thought, have at long last combined to form the work you now see before you. He hopes that it is all to your liking.
